Chepang Hill trek (Community)

Chepang Hill trek (Community) is the most popular route into the Midhills of Chitwan National Park. The Chepangs refer to the inhabitants of the area.

Due to their significant way of living and the remoteness of their land, they belong to the marginalized groups in Nepal.

The trek is an initiative taken to uplift the livelihood and culture of these indigenous communities.

There exists uniqueness from the language, lifestyle, staple food, norms they live. This will also be a way to raise awareness about their distinct culture to inform others.

They lead a nomadic life and often can be seen in their prime- hunting, fishing, farming. The cultural exploration that this place holds is a treat for both foreigners and Nepalese.

The nine-day trip will offer heaps of cultural knowledge, along with the panoramic view of the different Himalayas.

Chitwan National Wildlife is one of the iconic conserved.
