Geography

Climate

Togo gets rainfall from mid-April to June, then from mid-September to October in its southern parts.
Palime receives the highest amount of rainfall (1,800 mm) annually.
The northern part of the country has one rainy season that starts from June and lasts till the end of September. The other months are warm and dry. Harmattan wind also dominates the region.
Nature and Wildlife

The major group of Togo is the Ewe. They are the emigrants of Nigeria. Other ethnic groups in Togo are the Kabre, Wahci, Mina, Kotokol, Bomoba, Losso, and Gurma.
